Helen Frost considers herself a traditional quilter, preferring to explore the patterns of the past instead of inventing new ones. She is the co-author of several quilt books, including three on the Lone Star design. Helen is proudest of her contributions to the book Grand Endeavors, the state quilt project book for Arizona. She travels and teaches at quilt guilds and conferences across the country and makes her home in Tucson.
