Volunteer Opportunities
If you would like to lend a hand with our many programs and activities, we would love to have your help. Please see a list of our volunteer opportunities below.
Next Gen Volunteer - The purpose of the AQG Next Gen program is to teach and generate an interest in quilting to youths. We are looking for people who are interested in:
- Planning classes and workshops for young people
- Helping out in classes and workshops for young people
- Teaching short Zoom classes to young people on one or more quilting topics
- Helping to publicize our Next Gen program to community groups

Nominating Committee (3 people needed) - Each year the AQG Board elects several new Board members. The nominating committee is tasked with interviewing potential board candidates via Zoom in February and recommending whether they would be acceptable Board candidates. Interview questions can be provided if needed.

Facebook Page Creator - AQG will like to launch a Facebook page just for the AQG Quilt Show. We are looking for someone who can create and design the page and add the content to the page.
