Youth Quilt Entry 

Arizona Quilters Guild is encouraging the Youth in our community to express themselves in the art of quilting.  Any Youth (17 years old and younger) may be the Entrant on up to two quilts in the free Youth Category. Accepting Applications September 1, 2024 through October 15, 2024

Entry Procedure

1. AQG Membership is not required to enter a quilt into the Youth Category. Please have an adult assist in filling out the Entry Form.  

2. If you are a Youth member and choose to enter a judged category, then go to the Member  Quilt Entry page and complete the 2025  Quilt Entry Form.

3. There are several important changes this year - please read and review the 2025 Quilt Arizona! Youth Entry Rules and Procedures.  We recommend that you print these pages for your reference.
4.  Print this worksheet to practice before you start the online entry form.

5. You will need to provide the following information on your Entry Form:  
•  Provide the specifications of your entry, including the quilt title, quilt dimensions, quilt design information, names of the quilt top maker and the quilter (if different), date of quilt completion, and a very brief (approximately 45 words) description for the gallery card.
6. You will need to attach a digital photo of the quilt to the Entry Form The final quilt should be recognizable in the photograph.  If you are using an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac computer), please read these hints before you start.
7. Complete and submit the 2025 Youth Quilt Entry Form 
8. You will receive an immediate auto-generated email confirmation that your entry was submitted. If you do not get this email, then we did not get your entry!!  It is your responsibility to confirm that we received your submission - please check this Confirmed Submissions List.  The List updates when the confirmation email is sent.
9. If you need to make any corrections to your entry, please contact the Entry Committee (info below) to request the change. Please DO NOT submit a new entry form.  
10. Entry Confirmation Packets will be sent out December 8-14, 2024.
