Quilt Arizona!  2022 Show


WELCOME VENDORS

You, the vendor, help make our show the success it has become. Every year our show brings 3,000+ attendees through the door in two and a half days and those attendees enjoy shopping 40+ vendors.  This ratio of attendees to vendors provides the attendees with a varied selection of products and keeps the vendor booths full of shoppers.

 May 15, 2021 Acceptance of Applications and Deposits from Vendors
 November 15, 2021  Application, Terms & Conditions, and deposit must be received by the Vendor Coordinator to hold booth space.
January 28, 2022  

 Final booth fee installment due.

Cancellation Deadline.

 February 11, 2022  

 Vendor booth floorplan and draping arrangements sent to vendors.

 February 25, 2022    Staff names, promotional marketing sponsorship, and demonstrations commitments due to Vendor Coordinator.

 March 23, 2022  

March 24, 2022

Vendor Application

Applications for our quilt show can be completed by clicking on the following link:  2022 Online Vendor Application.

To complete your application you will be asked to:

  • Select a booth size and any additional options you would like
  • Agree to each of the paragraphs in the  Terms and Conditions for the quilt show.   A copy of the document is linked here.
  • An Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax license number; if your license application is pending, you may indicate that status on the application
You can obtain your AZ TPT license from www.azdor.gov (allow 4 weeks for processing)
  • Submit three (3) photos of your store or booth (New Vendors only)
  • Pay an initial deposit of at least 50% of your estimated booth fees

 Payment is collected via Paypal (use your account or guest checkout with credit card)

You will receive confirmation of your application, an invoice for your remaining balance, and additional instructions from the Vendor Coordinator within one week of receipt of your online application.

Your final payment will be due  January 28, 2022.
