Vendor Application

Applications for our quilt show can be completed by clicking on the following link:   2026 Vendor Application

To complete your application you will be asked to:

  • Select a booth size and any additional options you would like
  • Agree to each of the paragraphs in the Terms and Conditions for the quilt show.   A copy of the document is linked here.
  • Provide an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax license number - YOU MUST HAVE this license number to vend at our show.
You can obtain your AZ TPT license from www.azdor.gov (allow 4 weeks for processing)
  • Submit one or two photos of your store or booth (New Vendors only)
  • Pay a deposit of 50% of your booth fee.

 Payment is collected via Paypal (use your account or guest checkout with credit card)

You will receive confirmation of your application, an invoice for your remaining balance, and additional instructions from the Vendor Coordinator within one week of receipt of your online application.

Your final payment will be due  January 23, 2026.

 June 1, 2025  Acceptance of Applications and Deposits from Vendors
 November 21, 2025  Application and deposit must be received by the Vendor Coordinator to hold booth space.
January 23, 2026

 Final booth fee installment due.

Cancellation deadline date to receive full refund.

 February 12, 2026  

 Vendor booth floorplan and draping arrangements sent to vendors.

March 9, 2026    Staff names, promotional marketing, sponsorship, and commitments due to Vendor Coordinator.
March 19, 2026

7 am - 4:30 pm


Set Up

March 19, 2026  1 pm  Deadline for check- in at vendor desk

March 20, 2026

March 21, 2026

9 am - 4 pm

9 am - 3:30 pm


Show Hours

 March 21, 2026  4:00 pm - 7 pm  Tear Down
