NOW ACCEPTING VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR
Quilt Arizona! 2022 Show
You, the vendor, help make our show the success it has become. Every year our show brings 3,000+ attendees through the door in two and a half days and those attendees enjoy shopping 40+ vendors. This ratio of attendees to vendors provides the attendees with a varied selection of products and keeps the vendor booths full of shoppers.

|November 15, 2021||Application, Terms & Conditions, and deposit must be received by the Vendor Coordinator to hold booth space.|
|January 28, 2022||
Final booth fee installment due.
|February 11, 2022||
Vendor booth floorplan and draping arrangements sent to vendors.
|February 25, 2022||Staff names, promotional marketing sponsorship, and demonstrations commitments due to Vendor Coordinator.|

To complete your application you will be asked to:
You can obtain your AZ TPT license from www.azdor.gov (allow 4 weeks for processing)
Payment is collected via Paypal (use your account or guest checkout with credit card)
You will receive confirmation of your application, an invoice for your remaining balance, and additional instructions from the Vendor Coordinator within one week of receipt of your online application.Your final payment will be due January 28, 2022.
