Boutique Application for Quilt Arizona! 2026
What is the Quilt Show Boutique?
The Quilt Show Boutique provides Chapters an opportunity to showcase their creative talents as well as raise funds for their Chapter by selling handmade items at the Quilt Show. Note: All the proceeds from the sale MUST go to the Chapter and not to individuals in the chapter.
Boutiques will be set up in the outdoor patio area near the Quilt Show main entrance. The patio is clean, covered, and gated.
Chapter Responsibilities
Table Set-up Instructions
- AQG will provide one table and two chairs that will be marked with your name when you arrive for set-up
- Table set-up times are 8:00 AM Friday & Saturday. The show opens promptly at 9:00 AM
- Tables are preassigned. Please utilize the same space for all days.
- Chapters may store unsold items in the ballroom Friday evening but items must be placed in labeled closed containers.
- All items for sale must be removed by 5:00 PM Saturday.
Other responsibilities
- Chapters must bring their own change funds. Please take all money home at the end of the day.
- Chapters must provide a sign with your Chapter's name for the booth
- Chapters must price all the sale items
- Chapters must man their booth with their own volunteers during the show
- Chapters may NOT sell fabric, notions, or food in the Boutique

Friday, March 20, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, March 21, 9:00 AM - 4 :00 PM
During the Quilt Show
Chapter Boutique volunteers who want to enter the Museum and view the Quilt Show must use the Main Entrance and pay the regular admission price unless they have also registered to be an AQG Quilt Show Volunteer on the same day.
