The curved seams in Legacy Wheel are soft, approachable, and perfect for anyone new to curved piecing. If you’re already comfortable with curves, you’ll love how smoothly these blocks come together—no stress, just rhythm and flow.
Each block finishes at a striking 24 inches, so you can create a statement-size quilt in surprisingly little time.
In the Mixing Prints Masterclass portion, you’ll learn how to move beyond the “matching” mindset and start combining fabrics from different designers, collections, and eras with ease. We’ll explore how to mix color, scale, and motif in ways that feel intentional, personal, and just a bit daring. You’ll never look at fabric the same way again!
This workshop blends construction and design work. Students practice accurate piecing techniques while also developing a clearer approach to fabric selection and print mixing. Together, these skills create a strong foundation for expressive, confident quiltmaking.
This workshop suits quilters new to curves as well as experienced makers seeking a focused, skill-building project that goes together quickly and delivers a bold, big-block finish.
Most students finish a full block during the one-day, six-hour workshop.

- Cancellations 5 days (120 hours) or more before the scheduled event will receive an account credit. The credit can be used for future AQG events.
- Cancellations less than 5 days before the event are not eligible for a credit.
